In most cases this is not about your products. It is about what your store does not publish: a clear return policy, shipping information, terms, who you are and how to reach you. Google groups all of that under "misrepresentation" and suspends the whole account rather than single products.
The hardest part of this suspension is that the notice almost never tells you which rule you broke. You get a policy name and a review button, and you are left guessing.
That is also why feed apps do not help here. They push your products to Google and fix catalog fields, but a misrepresentation suspension is usually not a catalog problem at all: Google looked at your site and could not tell there was a real, reachable business behind it.
Below is what Google’s own policy says, word for word, on each of the store-level things it checks. We are not Google and we cannot tell you why your specific account was suspended. What we can do is show you which of these your store is missing right now.
We only read what your store already publishes to any visitor. No access, no passwords, nothing about your customers.
«Return and refund policy that is unclear, missing, or not easily discoverable»
Your store publishes no return policy. Google lists this among the causes of account suspension for misrepresentation. Add it in Shopify (Settings → Policies → Refund policy) and make sure it is linked from the footer of every page.
«Return and refund policy that is unclear, missing, or not easily discoverable»
Your return policy exists but is too short for a shopper to know what to expect. Google does not require you to accept returns: it requires the policy to be clear. State the time window, the condition the item must come back in, who pays return shipping, how long the refund takes and how to start the process.
«Missing merchant terms and conditions or shipping information»
Your store publishes no shipping information. Add it in Shopify (Settings → Policies → Shipping policy), stating which countries you ship to, how long delivery takes and what it costs.
«Missing merchant terms and conditions or shipping information»
Your store publishes no terms and conditions. Add them in Shopify (Settings → Policies → Terms of service) and keep them reachable from the footer.
«Make sure your website has updated contact information and a clear explanation of what your company does, like on an “About us” page.»
Your store has no page explaining who you are and what your business does. Google names it explicitly ("About us") as an example of what it expects to find. Create a page with your story, where you are based and what you sell.
«Make sure your website has updated contact information and a clear explanation of what your company does, like on an “About us” page.»
Your store shows no contact information at all. Publish at least a contact email — ideally a phone number and address too — on a visible page and in the footer.
