We compare what your store publishes against the published Google Merchant Center and Meta Catalog policies, and show you what each policy says, quoted word for word with a link to the source.
We are not Google or Meta, and we are not associated with, affiliated to or endorsed by them. Their names appear only to identify whose policies we are talking about.
We promise no outcome. We do not guarantee that your products will be approved, that your account will be reinstated, or that you will be compliant. Google and Meta make those decisions and we have no influence over them.
This is not legal advice. It is a technical comparison against published texts.
We see what your store publishes openly, plus your products when the app is installed. Some things we cannot see, and when that happens the report says so instead of guessing. Google's and Meta's policies change: we re-check our quotes against their live pages every day, but there can be a window between their change and ours.
The report is there to help you decide. Your store and your advertising accounts remain your responsibility.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We work hard to keep the checks accurate and the quotes current, and we re-verify them against the live policy pages every day. Even so, we do not warrant that the report is complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or that it reflects every policy change the moment it happens.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost sales, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, disapproved products, the suspension or termination of any Google, Meta or Shopify account, or any advertising spend, whether or not we were told such damages were possible.
Those decisions are made by Google, Meta and Shopify under their own criteria. We have no influence over them, we are not part of them, and we do not act on your behalf before them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any and all claims is capped at the amount you actually paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event, or USD 100 if that amount is greater — including when you used the service for free.
You remain responsible for your store, your products, your policies and your advertising accounts. The report is information to help you decide; the decisions are yours.
You agree to use the service only for stores you own or are authorised to manage, and you agree to hold us harmless from claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of the service in breach of these terms — for example, running checks against stores that are not yours.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks the fair use rules above, or who uses the service to harm third parties. We may also discontinue the service; if that happens, paid plans stop being charged.
We may change these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. Where a local mandatory rule gives you more than these terms do, that rule wins, and the rest of these terms stay in force.
Paid plans are billed by Shopify through your Shopify invoice, on a 30-day cycle. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; the app keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Shopify's terms.
Check your own store as often as you like. What is not allowed is using this service to hammer third-party sites, run mass scans, or automate queries in volume. If we detect that, we block access.
