We store nothing about you. This website only shows guides about the rules we check and links to our Shopify app. It does not check stores.
No cookies and no tracking of any kind. No ads, no third-party analytics, and its pages run no scripts in your browser.
No accounts, no passwords. We have no access to your Shopify admin or to your customers' data.
If you install the app, we store the minimum needed to do the job you are paying for: your myshopify.com domain, the access token Shopify issues us, the permissions granted, your plan, and for each check a count of findings per rule. To email you when a new problem appears, we also store one email address: at install it is the store owner email Shopify has on file, and you can change it or clear it from the app at any time. Clearing it stops the emails. We store nothing else about you.
We also keep the dates your store installed and uninstalled the app, and a technical error log (what failed, where, and for which store) so that a broken check gets fixed instead of silently failing. It holds no personal data and no catalog content.
We do not store your product catalog, your orders, or anything about your customers. The app requests read-only access to products and nothing else.
When you uninstall, the access token is deleted immediately. Shopify then asks us to erase the rest, and we do: 48 hours later nothing of your store remains.
If you order a suspension kit, we use the details you give us (your store address, business name, contact email and, if you choose to share them, phone and postal address, plus your shipping and return terms) to check your store and write the kit. Those details are used to build the document and are then discarded: they are not stored in any database.
Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, logs technical request data (IP address, time, path) as any web server does. It keeps the service running and lets us spot abuse. We do not use it to profile anyone and we do not combine it with anything else.
Cloudflare hosts the service and its database. Shopify is where the app reads your products from and where billing happens. No ad networks and no data brokers.
Google Analytics, only on our Shopify App Store listing. That listing is a page run by Shopify, and Shopify offers app developers a way to count its visits. We use it to know how many people view the listing and click Install. It does not reach inside the app: the app and this website run no analytics.
