Writing a title in capitals feels like it draws attention. To Google it looks like the ads it spends all day filtering out, so it is written into the product title specification as something to avoid.
What the policy actually says
«Don't use capital letters for emphasis. Capitalized text is common in spam and untrustworthy ads.»

How to fix it in Shopify
In Shopify, go to Products and look down the Title column: shouted titles are obvious at a glance.
Rewrite them in normal case: "Blue cotton t-shirt", not "BLUE COTTON T-SHIRT".
Acronyms, country codes, currencies and phone numbers can stay in capitals. The problem is shouting, not abbreviations.
Describe the product, in this order: type, brand, model and the attributes that matter, such as size, colour or material.
Check your whole store for this
Doing this by hand for one product is easy. Doing it for every product, and for the
store-level rules that suspend accounts, is not. Type your store address and see where you
stand, with the policy quoted next to each finding.
We only read what your store already publishes to any visitor.
No access, no passwords, nothing about your customers.
