Meta reads the same Shopify product data as Google, but its rules for the description are stricter: plain text, normal case, no links. A description in capitals is the most common of the three problems.
What the policy actually says
«Use plain text (not HTML) and don't enter text in all capital letters or include any links.»

This one costs you visibility rather than blocking you.
How to fix it in Shopify
Rewrite the description in sentence case. Acronyms in capitals are fine.
Remove HTML: Meta wants plain text, so bold, tables and styled blocks work against you.
Check the products you imported from a supplier, which is where shouted descriptions usually come from.
Check your whole store for this
Doing this by hand for one product is easy. Doing it for every product, and for the
store-level rules that suspend accounts, is not. Type your store address and see where you
stand, with the policy quoted next to each finding.
